  • Charlotte’s Grange on the Green welcomes Va-et-vient!

    Mike Walker (mjwalker@gmavt.net) is organizing a Thursday series on the Charlotte town green and Charlotte library porch.  In addition to lively music, the "Grange on the Green" event features food and displays from Charlotte Farmers.  We are delighted to join them, so please bring your appetites, and be ready to chantez avec nous !  

    Va-et-vient plays in the West Cornwall Social Distancing Concert series

    We had our last concert of 2020 in this wonderful outdoor space in October.  Bring your lawn chairs, favorite snacks and beverages, and watch the sunset over the Adirondacks (oh, that view – spectaculaire !).  Family units will be seated together, and Host-with-the-Most (and drummer and chef par excellence) Dan Whittemore ensures that everyone is safe and happy.  We are delighted to return in August!  Free-will contributions  rule the day, and ensure that none are turned away, yet musicians are paid. 14 Audet Rd., Cornwall, VT 05753

    Va-et-vient plays the Shrewsbury Meetinghouse Concert Series (check the new time!)

    Kick off your Labor Day weekend of fun with us in Shrewsbury, Vermont!  We'll be performing behind  the Shrewsbury Community Meetinghouse, and our rain date is September 4th.  (Mais il va faire très beau, sans doute...)     Va-et-vient performs in Saint Johnsbury for First Night North!

    We're excited to be performing for Bristol, Vermont's community television station, NEAT-TV!  The Five-Towns Friends of the Arts are our hosts, at this concert broadcast live from the Lawrence Memorial Library in Bristol.  Now you can chantez avec nous from the comfort of your own living room!   Find us on the website neatbristol.com, and the concert will be available in NEAT-TV's archives for those unable to join us Live.

    Va-et-vient returns to French Heritage Day!

    We are so happy to see this wonderful celebration of French Heritage in Vermont resume in Winooski.  Va-et-vient is delighted to again join the line-up singing at this outdoor festival by the old Champlain Mill in Winooski's Falls Mill District.   Hosted by the City of Winooski, and sponsored by the Alliance Française of the Lake Champlain Region, the date has now moved to be closer to Québec's beloved Saint-Jean-Baptiste.  From 10:00 am to 2:00 pm, the area will be bustling with music, food, and all things fun.  It coincides with the weekly farmer's market as well.  À tantôt !
